Hazrath Dr. Ali Malpa Saheb, Greatest Scholar and Disciple(Khalifa) of Hazrath Moulana Shah Wasiullah Fatahpuri and Hazrath Moulana Shah Abrarul Haq Hardoi, Belongs to the Nawayath community of Bhatkal. Dr. Ali Malpa Saheb, founder and first General Secretary and present President of Jamia Islamia Bhatkal
Born at Malpa Shabuddin House Shawkat Ali Street,in Bhatkal on 19th Zilqada 1338 Hijri, 5th August 1920. His father Malpa Shabuddin was the business man. His business was in Mumbai
Dr. Ali Malpa had his initial schooling in his hometown at Anjuman School Bhatkal. He then did Homeopathic Medicine Course in Calcutta.He did Service and Business in Calcutta, Mumbai, Madras(Chennai) till 1953
He trained under many great Islamic Scholars like Moulana Abdul Majid Dayabadi, Moulana Esa Allahabadi, Haji Haqdad Lucknowi, Moulana Syed Suleiman Nadvi, Moulana Wasiullah Allahabadi, Moulana Abrarul Haq Hardoi, Moulana Syed Abul Hasan Ali Nadvi etc. Then coming home(Bhatkal) he open Homeopathic Clinic in Takiya street Bhatkal in 1954 and he began taking interest in community affair
From 1954 he started Moral lecture in different Places like Shadli Masjid Bhatkal, Jamia Masjid Bhatkal, Miliya Masjid Nawayath Colony Bhatkal, and His Clinic,(Shafi,Homoepathic Clinic Takiya Street, Bhatkal) and His Home (Tayiba Manzil, Nawayath Colony, Bhatkal) . About 40 years he gived lecture in Shadli Masjid Bhatkal. He founded instution Jamia Islamia Bhatkal in 1962, with his campanion , For the purpose of Islamic and Moral education. He was member of Town Municipality Council Bhatkal many term. And he was executive member of Anjuman Hame Muslimeen Bhatkal, Jamatul Muslimeen Bhatkal, and he was elected Vice President of Majlise Islah o tanzeem Bhatkal in 1962
He is President of Jamia Islamia Bhatkal from 1988، and Patron of Majlise Islah o Tanzeem Bhatkal and Edara Raziyatul Abrar Bhatkal
